documents that will help you file a claim electronically.
Electronic claims filing applies to entities that are filing multiple Proof of Claim and Release forms on behalf of themselves and/or others.
Electronic claims filings are subject to rejection if not prepared in compliance with these electronic claims filing guidelines.
